Put items that aren't in your inventory on an inbound delivery

An inbound delivery can now carry things that aren't in your catalog, like a shop vac, a rental or a box of paperwork. Type it in the search when you add a line and pick Add as an item. It goes on the delivery with a quantity, counted in Each unless you pick another unit, and you confirm it when the truck arrives, the same as the materials.

These items never go into stock, so receiving doesn't ask where they landed. They show Not in inventory next to them. Until now the only way to put one on a delivery was to create a material for it in your catalog.
