Days off reach QuickBase as absences

When somebody is down in Out of Office for a whole day of vacation, sickness or another reason and doesn't clock in, that day now goes to QuickBase as an absence at their scheduled hours, the same as any other scheduled day they missed.

A whole day off for school still goes as school, at the scheduled hours. A day the department was closed for a holiday still sends nothing.
