Add work to a delivery from the Planning calendar

Items on the Calendar view in Planning now have the same three-dot menu as their row in the table. You can put a delivery phase on a delivery from the calendar, without switching back to the Gantt to find its row.

Hover an item and the menu appears right after its name. On a phone or tablet it's always shown. It offers everything the row menu does, including Add to delivery, Edit, Update progress, Put on hold and Move, and it works on the items in a day's list of extra items too.

Steps don't have a menu, the same as in the table.
