Close the assistant and switch conversations on a phone

On a phone, the bar across the top of the assistant now sits below the status bar, so closing it, switching conversations and auto-approve are all within reach. The conversation list opens the same way.

Before, that bar rendered behind the clock and signal icons at the top of the screen.
