AI Chat route edits keep your lags, Float and stage links

When AI Chat edits an existing route, it now changes only what you asked for. Dependency lags and start-to-start or finish-to-finish links stay as they are, changing a stage's cycle time keeps its Float, and existing stages stay linked to their stage templates.

Phases that chat adds to a route are now regular phases, and chat can edit existing phases again.
