A component picks up its route's cycle time and duration

Set a component's or a phase's Route on an order and it now shows that route's cycle time and duration, and the stages that come with the route carry their own times too. The order's totals count that work along with everything else. Before, the two fields stayed at 0m once the route was applied, and saving an older component from its drawer, even without touching the Route, could zero it and its stages the same way.

Picking the route as you add the component works the same way. On a route template, clearing a component's route still puts its times back to zero.
