Set up departments and crews through AI Chat

Ask AI Chat to create a department, configure weekly shifts and breaks, add workers, and organize optional teams. Chat reads the current configuration and shows the proposed changes for approval before applying them.

Setup actions use your existing permissions. Changing a worker's shift within one department preserves their assignments in other departments. Worker creation and team membership changes report which people were updated and which still need attention if a batch stops partway through.

Once the department and crew are ready, continue into route creation through the existing chat flow.
