Send people to their next stage from a phone

Finish a stage on a phone and the app asks where the crew goes next. Tapping Select stage now opens the list of stages for the order you picked, so the whole reassignment can be done from the phone.

Until now that list stayed hidden behind the window on a phone, so the last step had to wait for a tablet or a desktop.

The picker works the same way it does on a bigger screen. Search by stage name or ID, and stages that are already done are greyed out.

The same thing was happening to pickers and menus opened from inside any window or side panel on a phone: attaching a document, starting a form, choosing which stages to follow, and the column and settings menus on a table inside a panel. Those all open on top now too.
