Receive, edit and reschedule an inbound delivery from one page
An inbound delivery now opens on the same page whether you start from Logistics or from Inventory > Deliveries. The page shows what is expected against what has arrived, with every quantity in its unit (for example 60 EA). Receive sits at the top of the delivery's details, with Edit and More below it. Export and Import sit above the lines, and the schedule and stops are on the Itinerary tab.
Receiving fills in the itinerary for you. The first receipt marks the unload stop as arrived, and the receipt that finishes the delivery marks it as departed, so the dock shows as free for the next truck. You can still mark arrival and departure by hand.
A short delivery stays open for the rest to arrive. If nothing more is coming, Post and close records what did arrive and closes the delivery, keeping the shortfall on the lines. If nothing arrived at all, No-show (under More) records it as a vendor no-show, kept apart from a delivery you Cancel yourself, so no-shows can be tracked by vendor. Once something has been received, or the truck has been marked as arrived, it can no longer be recorded as a no-show. A line that has received material stays on the delivery as the record of what arrived and can't be removed. On a phone, the summary cards are hidden so the lines come first.
Inbound deliveries can be changed after they are created. Edit opens the same form you created the delivery with: name, vendor or origin address, destination, PO number, expected arrival, unloading window, driver, truck and receiver. Expected arrival is the day the truck is due; the unloading window is the dock time shown on the Logistics board. Rescheduling from the Logistics board works as before.
Adding a material that isn't in the catalog yet asks for its unit along with its SKU and name. Each line's location links to that location's page.
Importing a packing list needs a destination location on the delivery, since that is where received stock lands. A delivery without one now says so and offers to set it. Mark received is offered only while there is something left to receive and the delivery has lines, and the actions you see follow your permissions.
Old links to the Inventory delivery page still open the delivery. Shops running Logistics without Inventory keep the delivery's details and itinerary, with no receiving lines.
Planning now shows delivery groups, and groups with no work in them yet, while closed work stays hidden unless you filter for it. In Build, filtering by project, person or dates no longer brings finished and closed work back onto the board.
