Put catalog materials on an outbound delivery

The Materials section on an outbound delivery's Cargo tab is now called Other cargo, and it has one search field for anything going on the truck. Type a name: pick a match from your inventory catalog (by SKU or name), add what you typed as an item that isn't in inventory (tools, drawing rolls, a ladder), or create it as a new catalog material on the spot. Each line is tagged with what happens to its stock: "Takes from inventory", "Moves in inventory" on a transfer, or "Not in inventory". For a catalog material the unit list offers only that material's base unit and purchase unit, so the quantity that leaves the building is taken out of stock in the right unit. Quantities now show without trailing zeros (4, not 4.0000).

When the trip is completed, the delivered quantity of each catalog material comes out of stock at the location it was loaded from, so on-hand counts reflect what left the building. Ship-loose and consumable materials still appear on the manifest and do not draw down stock.

A transfer between your own locations works differently: the delivered quantity moves from the location it was loaded at to the location it was unloaded at, so it stays in inventory. That includes a transfer to another shop. A transfer with no unload location for a catalog material can't start until one is set.

The delivery sheet and the driver's page show the SKU and name for these lines, so the person loading the truck and the person receiving it read the same thing. The driver's page now also shows the notes you add to a line or a pack, such as "return to the shop after unloading". The Confirm delivered dialog shows each line's unit next to its quantity, and a delivery sheet printed after the trip shows what was delivered against what was planned (3 / 4) where they differ.

On the driver's page, a stop on a delivery you confirmed from the office now counts what was delivered instead of reading 0, and a delivered trip no longer offers Undo depart.

The delivery's cargo summary and the Logistics list now count these lines as "other items", so a truck carrying only other cargo no longer reads as empty.
