Calculate totals directly from Excel exports

Quantities in Materials and route BOM Excel exports now work directly in spreadsheet calculations. You can add totals without first converting the quantity cells from text to numbers.

The same correction applies to numeric columns in pick list, delivery, and truck exports.

SKUs keep their leading zeros, and quantities that have no value remain blank.
