Each department tab keeps its own phase filter

On the department scorecard, every tab now holds its own phase filter. Choose a phase on one department's tab and the other tabs stay as you left them, so two people can read two departments without moving each other's numbers.

Each tab's filter row also states what its numbers cover: the phases it is scoped to, or that it is showing every phase because that department has none set on the Configuration tab. That last case used to look the same as a scoped one, which made a company-wide number easy to read as one department's.
