Inventory and pick lists match the rest of the app

Opening Inventory, Pick Lists, an inbound delivery, or a location now uses the same sidebar and layout as Planning and Build.

The screens and URLs have not changed. Looking up stock, picking material, and receiving a delivery work the way they already did.
