A team can have more than one lead

A team can name several leads instead of one, so a crew answering to more than one foreman can be set up as it actually works.

The workaround before this was a second team holding the same workers, which does not hold: a worker belongs to one team, so moving them into the second takes them out of the first. The practical cost was leads scrolling the whole worker list to assign anything, because the shortcut to their own crew only worked for whoever held the single lead slot.

Every existing lead is carried over, so nothing needs setting up again.
