The Time tab counts hours for the work you are looking at

A deliverable's Time tab scopes to that deliverable and everything under it. The total at the top and the list below it cover the same work, and so does the export taken from that list.

The standalone Timesheets page is unchanged: it stays a register for one shop and one pay cycle.
