Groups are hidden on Planning until you ask for them

Planning has a new Show groups toggle in the toolbar, and it starts off. If your groups were on the board yesterday and are not today, that toggle is where they went.

This is worth saying plainly, because nothing on the board explains their absence. The toggle hides every group, including the planning groups you built by hand, not just the delivery groups it was introduced for. Turn it on and they are all back where they were.

With groups showing, the Group Type filter narrows which kinds appear. It no longer preselects anything, so by default you see all of them, and its chip is hidden while groups are off because it cannot do anything there.
