A QR scan from the wrong department says so

Every rejected QR scan on Build now explains itself: not recognised, archived, or belonging to another department. Work from another department is refused rather than partly accepted.

Before this, a cross-department scan gave no message. An order that spans departments stays scannable everywhere. The scanner also fits the screen properly on desktop and on a phone.
