The updated plan-versus-actual dashboard report brings planned hours, actual hours, and progress together, with comparisons by week and project. Department comparisons sit alongside rework measures so you can review where work is taking more hours.

These changes apply when your organization’s dashboard is updated to the revised report. Rework counts stages that have been reworked at least once; it does not count repeated rework on the same stage.
