Dashboard group rows add up only what should add up

Group a dashboard table and the grey summary row now reads each column the way that column is meant to be read. Hours and counts add up. Percentages and progress average across the whole group rather than being totalled. A reference column such as an order number stays blank, because there is no sensible way to add order numbers together.

Last Month is now one of the presets in the dashboard date picker, so you can look at the previous calendar month without typing in its first and last day. It covers the whole month, unlike This Month, which runs from the first up to today.
