Required checkboxes sit where you click them

The Required checkbox on a quality control step now sits under People, where clicking it toggles the row you aimed at.

Before this, a long form title could push the checkbox out of reach of the click.

Required appears once a form template is assigned to the step, and long form titles are shortened to fit their own column.
