Record where a form was filled in
A form template can now ask for the submitter's location. Turn on Capture location on submit on the template, and each submission records where it was filled in. The setting is off everywhere until you turn it on.
Forms has a new Geolocation tab listing what came back, with a map and the capture details for each one. Reading it needs permission, so location data is not visible to everyone who can open a form.
The point is being able to show afterwards, from a record, that a form was filled in at the jobsite rather than in the truck on the way home.
If somebody declines the browser prompt, or their device cannot get a fix, the form still submits and the refusal is recorded as the outcome. Nobody is stopped from working because their phone could not see a satellite. Printed QR labels and traveler links already in circulation are untouched and never ask for location.
