Approved timesheet entries show who approved them

An approved timesheet entry now names its approver and the time they signed off. Before this you could open the approval and read its note, but not find out who had approved it, or when.

The person who reported it put it plainly: you can see the notes, but who did this, and when did they do this? For hours that turn into a paycheck, that is not an idle question, and the answer was not on the screen.

If an approval is edited, the name and time move to whoever saved last. Entries approved before this release show the approval date with no name against it, because there is nothing on record to name.
